[OSENWORLD] Former Major League Baseball pitcher Chan Ho Park gave fans a glimpse into his personal life with a rare post about a family outing on social media.
On July 20, Park shared several photos on his personal account, captioned:
“Seoul family outing. Lunch, coffee, and a joyful time together. All five of us made different choices.”

The photos show Park enjoying a laid-back day in Seoul with his wife and three daughters. After lunch, the family stopped by a café, where each person chose a different drink—showcasing their individual personalities and close-knit dynamic.
Park, affectionately known in Korea as a proud “girl dad,” looked genuinely happy spending time with his family. Just last month, he publicly celebrated his eldest daughter’s graduation, reflecting on the bittersweet emotions of watching her step into adulthood.
“Our first daughter has officially graduated. She now considers herself an adult and is preparing for college and life ahead. She seems quite excited to embrace the freedom of stepping out of our care,” he wrote at the time.
Park married Rihei Park, a second-generation Korean-Japanese, in 2005. The couple has three daughters, born in 2006, 2008, and 2014. The photos, which also show the daughters’ striking looks, have drawn attention online.
A legendary figure in Korean sports, Chan Ho Park was the first South Korean to play in Major League Baseball. Over his career, he pitched for the LA Dodgers, Texas Rangers, San Diego Padres, Philadelphia Phillies, New York Yankees, and Pittsburgh Pirates in the MLB, as well as the Orix Buffaloes in Japan’s NPB and the Hanwha Eagles in Korea’s KBO League.
