[OSENWORLD] HYBE and Geffen Records’ global girl group KATSEYE (Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia, Yoonchae) is on unstoppable momentum, climbing the Billboard Hot 100 for three straight weeks while riding buzz from festival stages and a global ad campaign.
According to the latest Billboard chart (dated Sept. 6), Gabriela — from their second EP Beautiful Chaos — reached No. 63 on the Hot 100. The track first entered at No. 94 in early July, slipped down, then rebounded in late August. It rose from No. 76 to No. 72, and this week jumped another nine spots to mark its highest position yet.
The resurgence coincides with buzz from KATSEYE’s appearances at Lollapalooza Chicago and Summer Sonic 2025, which showcased their dynamic performances to global audiences. Their feature in a high-profile GAP campaign also drew global attention, further fueling their rise.
Another track from Beautiful Chaos, Gnarly, recently regained momentum. First released digitally in April, the experimental single re-entered the Hot 100 at No. 98 this week — more than four months after its debut. Praised for its bold sound and performance, Gnarly initially peaked at No. 90 in June.
Beautiful Chaos continues to perform strongly on album charts. The EP climbed to No. 45 on the Billboard 200, up eight spots from last week, marking its ninth consecutive week on the chart. It also ranked No. 20 on Top Album Sales and No. 18 on Top Current Album Sales.
Formed through the global audition project The Debut: Dream Academy — which drew 120,000 applicants — and trained under HYBE America’s T&D system, KATSEYE debuted in June 2023.
Their global journey continues this weekend: KATSEYE will perform on the pre-show stage at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) on Sept. 7, where they are also nominated in two categories — Best Group and PUSH Performance of the Year. In November, the group will launch their first solo North American tour, with all tickets sold out.
