[OSENWORLD] AESPA’s Winter turned heads at Ralph Lauren’s Spring 2026 Women’s Collection show in New York. All eyes were on her — until the man walking just behind her stole the spotlight.
Clips of the 6’2” man guiding Winter through the crowd quickly went viral, with many assuming he was her personal bodyguard. Some even joked he looked like a K-pop idol making his debut.
The mystery ended when the man himself spoke up. He is Nathan Overland, a professional model hired by Ralph Lauren. Taking to TikTok after a sudden surge in followers, he said: “It’s been surprising and humbling. I’m not Winter’s bodyguard — I was hired as a model.” He added, “It was my first time seeing Winter in person, and it was such an honor.”
Overland, who has been modeling for two years and briefly tried his hand at acting, emphasized he doesn’t intend to work as a bodyguard. Still, his unexpected viral fame is fueling rapid growth on social media.
As for Winter, she and AESPA are continuing their global activities. On Sept. 12 (local time), the group performed on ABC’s flagship morning show Good Morning America and also taped a segment for The Jennifer Hudson Show, continuing their U.S. promotional push.
