[OSENWORLD] Singer Kwon Eun-bi delivered a show-stopping stage in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, where her performance of Underwater emerged as one of the standout moments of the 14th ABU Song Festival on Sept. 13.
Known as the “Summer Queen,” Kwon captivated the audience with her soaring vocals and high-energy presence. During Underwater — a song that has repeatedly resurged on the charts — she used a fan as a prop to evoke the depths of the ocean, earning praise from both the audience and festival organizers.
The ABU Song Festival, first launched in 2012 by the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union, is a non-competitive music event that brings together artists recommended by broadcasters across the region. Beyond a contest, it has grown into a key platform for cultural exchange.

This year’s lineup reflected that mission, with Kwon performing alongside Mongolian heavy metal band The HU and Japanese R&B singer Ms.OOJA, showcasing music’s ability to transcend borders.
Kwon Eun-bi has been busy building her global profile. Following her sold-out solo concert THE RED in Seoul last month, she will continue her tour in Taipei on Sept. 20 and in Macau on Oct. 25.
