[OSENWORLD] SEVENTEEN now counts nine music videos with over 100 million views, as their track “_WORLD” became the latest to reach the milestone on YouTube.
Pledis Entertainment, the HYBE label representing the group, confirmed on Sept. 19 that the music video for “_WORLD,” the lead single from SEVENTEEN’s fourth studio repackage album SECTOR 17, surpassed 100 million views late on Sept. 18.
Released in July 2022, “_WORLD” combines funky rhythms with sweet melodies, carrying a romantic promise of offering “a new world” to someone at first sight. Its music video presents a stylish, dreamlike universe where “TEAM SVT” — the group’s dedicated fandom — sees their wishes fulfilled on an endless journey alongside the members.
With this milestone, SEVENTEEN now boasts nine music videos that have crossed the 100 million mark. In addition to “_WORLD,” the lineup includes “Don’t Wanna Cry” (over 200 million views), “Super,” “HOT,” “MAESTRO,” “Clap,” “Very Nice,” “Left & Right,” and “Rock with you.”
The achievement comes just days after SEVENTEEN launched their SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on Sept. 13–14, drawing 54,000 fans across two nights. The concerts embodied the group’s 10th anniversary spirit and determination to take on new challenges, with a diverse setlist and high-powered performances that captured explosive fan response.
From Incheon, SEVENTEEN’s world tour continues with two concerts at Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Stadium on Sept. 27–28, before heading to five North American cities in October and four major domes across Japan from November to December.
