[OSENWORLD] KickFlip is bringing first love jitters and rookie firepower together for a comeback fans won’t forget.
The JYP Entertainment rookie boy group will release their third mini album My First Flip on Sept. 22, with title track “My First Song Ever” capturing the heart-pounding nerves of a first confession. Notably, the group’s youngest member, Donghyeon, contributed to both lyrics and composition, underscoring KickFlip’s creative edge as a rookie act.
Ahead of release, KickFlip unveiled two teasers for the “My First Song Ever” music video. The latest clip, dropped at midnight on Sept. 19, shows members Gyehoon, Amaru, Donghwa, Juwang, Minje, Keiju, and Donghyeon sprinting across a schoolyard, skateboarding, and bursting with youthful freedom and mischievous charm. Their bright chemistry evokes scenes straight out of a coming-of-age film.
The comeback buildup has been fueled by diverse promotional content, including the full music video for B-side “Band-Aid,” concept films, photo teasers, and track spoilers. On Sept. 18, the group also hosted a listening party in Seoul’s Gangnam district, sharing a preview of My First Flip with their fandom, WeFlip.
The album and title track will officially drop on Sept. 22 at 6 p.m. KST, followed the same evening by a comeback show on Mnet’s M2 channel at 7 p.m. and a showcase event at 8 p.m.
