[OSENWORLD] BigHit Music — the HYBE label behind global sensations BTS, TXT, and rising rookie group CORTIS — is searching for the next generation of K-pop stars with the launch of its 2025 BigHit Music Global Audition.
Announced on Sept. 19 through the label’s official website, the audition is open to males born in or after 2007. There are no category restrictions; applicants may showcase their individuality in any form, from singing and dancing to any other performance that highlights their unique strengths.
The audition will be held both online and offline. Online applications run from Sept. 19 to Dec. 7 through the official website. Offline rounds will take place between Oct. 18 and Dec. 7 in 13 cities worldwide: Los Angeles, Toronto, Sydney, Melbourne, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore, Osaka, Tokyo, Taipei, and Seoul. Registration will be handled on-site, with no advance sign-up required.
In addition, special pop-up events will be staged at The Source OC in Los Angeles and EmSphere in Bangkok. These activations will let fans experience K-pop culture firsthand, including an interactive program using Supertone’s AI music technology. The program is open to everyone, allowing visitors to compare their voices with BigHit artists and receive a personalized matching result.
“This will be more than just an audition,” BigHit Music stated. “By combining K-pop with AI technology, we aim to create a unique cultural experience. We look forward to discovering the next generation of talent.”
