[OSENWORLD] EXO’s SUHO has returned with his fourth mini album Who Are You, released on Sept. 22. The album immediately soared to the top of iTunes charts, claiming No. 1 in 20 regions — from Saudi Arabia and Mexico to Brazil, Turkey and Argentina — while securing Top 10 positions in 30 countries worldwide.
To celebrate the release, SUHO hosted a countdown livestream, unboxing all three versions of the album and sharing behind-the-scenes stories. He revealed his hands-on involvement not only in producing the music but also in styling choices for hair and fashion. Fans also submitted personal stories, to which SUHO responded with song recommendations from the album’s seven tracks.
Discussing the album’s message, SUHO reflected: “Music shines when paired with stories. This album asks everyone the question, ‘Who are you?’ For me, it reflects the kind of artist I strive to be, and for listeners, it’s about the music they connect with. I hope people think about their own stories as they listen.”
The title track Who Are You, already gaining attention as a fresh breakup anthem, was described by SUHO as a song that “99.9% of people will like.” Ahead of official promotions, he previewed the track live on Sept. 23 through 1theK Live’s Outdoor Studio session on YouTube.
SUHO will continue promotions with a guest appearance on KBS Cool FM’s Hanhae’s Kiss the Radio (Sept. 23), followed by music show performances on Music Bank (Sept. 26), Show! Music Core (Sept. 27) and Inkigayo (Sept. 28).
