[OSENWORLD] K-pop boy group TWS is daring fans to keep up with a high-intensity pre-release dance challenge that’s already drawing strong buzz.
On Sept. 22, members Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin unveiled “Head Shoulders Knees Toes,” the pre-release track from their upcoming 4th mini album play hard. True to its name, the choreography demands sharp, full-body movements “from head to toe” against a pounding hip-hop beat.
Top dancers and choreographers Bada, Dugi, and Doni joined the challenge alongside TWS, with videos packed with powerful energy that impressed viewers. The members matched their collaborators move for move, reinforcing their reputation as “5th-gen performance leaders.”
TWS raised the bar even higher on Sept. 24 with a full performance video released through Mnet’s “STUDIO CHOOM.” Appearing in black techwear with 18 dancers, they delivered flawless formations with precision and intensity that brought the song’s “no limits” message to life.
Their new mini album play hard drops on Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. KST. The title reflects TWS’s ethos: to throw in all their youth and passion and go all out. With “Head Shoulders Knees Toes” as the starting point, the group plans to expand their signature “Boyhood Pop” sound across fresh styles this fall.
They are also scheduled to perform at Korea University’s “Hi! Ipselenti for Alumni” festival on Sept. 27 and at the “ATA Festival 2025” at Nanji Hangang Park on Sept. 28.
