[OSENWORLD] BABYMONSTER have raised anticipation for their highly awaited return by unveiling the first visuals for their second mini album WE GO UP.
On September 25, YG Entertainment released the WE GO UP visual photos through the group’s official social media channels. The images highlight the upgraded charisma of the members, each radiating a distinct aura and individuality.
From ash-toned shades to pink and red bridge highlights, their daring hairstyles and bold accessories command attention. The members strike confident poses with piercing gazes, exuding a photogenic energy that underscores their intensified charisma.
The new concept marks a sharp contrast from the playful image shown in their July digital single Hot Sauce. Instead, BABYMONSTER present a chic, polished edge, hinting at yet another reinvention from the group known for limitless versatility.
The excitement only grew with the release of the “Mood Clip (Day ver.)” video, which stood apart from the darker, tension-filled Night ver. unveiled earlier. Set against a dynamic electric guitar soundtrack, the clip captures BABYMONSTER dominating cityscapes filled with skyscrapers and bustling streets, leaving fans eager to discover the group’s next evolution.
WE GO UP is slated for release on October 10 at 1 p.m. KST. The title track, also named WE GO UP, is a hip-hop-driven anthem packed with powerful energy, embodying the group’s ambition to soar higher. The album will also feature three additional tracks: PSYCHO, once considered for the title; the hip-hop-infused slow jam SUPA DUPA LUV; and the country dance-inspired WILD.
