[OSENWORLD] BTS member Jin has added another major milestone to his solo career, as his hit Don’t Say You Love Me surpassed 500 million streams on Spotify.
According to the world’s largest streaming platform, the track — released in May as the title song of Jin’s second solo album Echo — crossed the half-billion mark on September 26. It becomes Jin’s second solo track to surpass 500 million streams, following his single The Astronaut.
The track continues to perform strongly on global charts. In the latest Spotify Weekly Top Songs Global chart (covering Sept. 19–25), Don’t Say You Love Me climbed two spots to reach No. 4. On Billboard’s most recent charts dated Sept. 27, it ranked No. 29 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. and No. 51 on the Billboard Global 200, marking its 18th consecutive week charting.

Upon release, the song debuted at No. 90 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking Jin’s third solo appearance on the chart. Meanwhile, its parent album Echo landed at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, achieving his highest ranking yet.
Don’t Say You Love Me explores the irony of lovers unable to let go despite a crumbling relationship. Its restrained arrangement, haunting melody, and Jin’s delicate yet steady vocals add to the song’s poignancy and resonance.
With this milestone, Jin further cements his global reach and enduring power as a solo artist.
