[OSENWORLD] Rookie boy group AHOF are making magazine history as the first cover stars of FI (Faves Idol), a newly launched global K-pop publication that aims to redefine what an idol magazine can be.
Unlike traditional magazines that focus primarily on visuals, FI takes a storytelling-driven approach, documenting the journey of rising idols from their debut to their growth alongside fans. Its inaugural issue features AHOF — the nine-member rookie group already sweeping awards shows and earning explosive popularity across China, Japan, Southeast Asia, the U.S., and Latin America. The project marks AHOF’s first official domestic magazine feature, sparking major attention from global fandoms.
AHOF have quickly become one of the most anticipated rookie acts of the year, securing appearances at major year-end award ceremonies and setting records with chart entries at home and abroad. Through FI’s first issue, the group reveal their artistic identity and vision, presenting themselves as a new force in the expanding K-pop market.
One of FI’s most distinctive features is its three-part structure. “IF” explores the possibilities and beginnings of an artist, “FI” captures their growth and goals, and “FIN” invites fans to directly participate in completing the final chapter. In this closing section, readers symbolically write the “last sentence” of the artist’s story, turning the magazine into both a collectible and a symbol of fan–artist connection.

FI has also built a global distribution network to connect fandoms worldwide. Available at major Korean bookstores, the official Faves online store, and global retail platforms, the magazine will hold pre-order events from September 30 to October 20 with special benefits for each channel.
The launch package includes exclusive, unreleased photocards of AHOF. Fans who join the pre-order event can also enter prize draws for signed outfits worn during the photoshoot, signed polaroids, and other interactive giveaways featured within the issue itself — making this debut edition a must-have collectible that deepens engagement between AHOF and their fans.
Ultimately, FI positions itself as more than a photo book: it aims to chronicle the present of rookie idols, celebrate their future, and propose a new form of fan-driven documentation in the K-pop industry. With AHOF on the cover, the magazine’s global ambitions are off to a bold start.
