[OSENWORLD] BABYMONSTER have proven their global dominance once again — this time, on YouTube.
According to YG Entertainment, the music video for the group’s second mini-album title track “WE GO UP” surpassed 50 million views on YouTube as of October 15 at 2 a.m. KST, just four days after its release. That’s an average of more than 10 million views per day, making it one of the fastest climbs among this year’s K-pop releases.
The video’s performance on YouTube’s global charts has been equally impressive. “WE GO UP” debuted at No. 3 on the YouTube Global Daily Music Video Chart immediately upon release, maintaining a steady spot on the Top 10 across major regions including the U.S., U.K., and South Korea.

Signs of a viral breakout were clear from the start. The video instantly shot to No. 1 on YouTube’s Worldwide Trending list, becoming the most-viewed video within 24 hours and drawing more than 100,000 new subscribers to BABYMONSTER’s official channel.
The group’s exclusive performance video — featuring full choreography and a large-scale production with a mega-crew of dancers — has also sparked massive engagement, surpassing 19.8 million views in just one day and earning praise for its performance and production quality.
Fans and critics alike are calling BABYMONSTER the “Next-Gen YouTube Queens,” pointing to their ability to turn every release into a global digital event. With full-scale music show promotions now underway, the group’s momentum shows no sign of slowing down.
Released on October 10, BABYMONSTER’s second mini album [WE GO UP] has topped the iTunes Worldwide Album Chart, as well as Hanteo’s Weekly Chart and Oricon’s Daily Album Chart in Japan — further solidifying their growing status as global pop forces.
