[OSENWORLD] LE SSERAFIM are set to close out a record-breaking year with a major stage appearance at Japan’s biggest year-end music festival, COUNTDOWN JAPAN 25/26.
The five-member group will perform on December 28 at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba, as part of the five-day festival taking place from December 27 to 31. Launched in 2003, the annual event has long served as one of Japan’s most celebrated indoor festivals, featuring top local and international acts. This year’s lineup includes singer-songwriter Vaundy and hip-hop duo Creepy Nuts, alongside LE SSERAFIM.
Since their debut, LE SSERAFIM have built a powerful presence in Japan, becoming one of the few fourth-generation K-pop girl groups to achieve consistent milestones and chart success across both Korea and Japan. Their fifth mini album HOT, released in March, surpassed 100,000 units in sales for the fourth consecutive time — a record unmatched by any of their peers.
Earlier this month, LE SSERAFIM also stood as the only K-pop act invited to perform at ZOZOFES, a major cultural event hosted by Japan’s leading online fashion platform ZOZOTOWN. In November, the group will make their highly anticipated Tokyo Dome debut with encore shows of their 2025 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘EASY CRAZY HOT’, cementing another major milestone in their global rise.
LE SSERAFIM are also gearing up for the release of their first single SPAGHETTI on October 24 at 1 p.m. KST. Inspired by its pasta-themed title, the project embodies the group’s irresistible charm and playful energy. Three distinct concept visuals — “CHEEKY NEON PEPPER,” “KNOCKING BASIL,” and “WEIRD GARLIC” — have been unveiled ahead of the release, showcasing their colorful, unpredictable creativity.
With festival stages, fashion events, and a new single on the horizon, LE SSERAFIM are proving that 2025 is undoubtedly theirs — and they’re closing it out in the spotlight.
LE SSERAFIMが、日本最大級の年末音楽フェスティバル『COUNTDOWN JAPAN 25/26』に出演し、記録的な一年を華やかに締めくくる予定だ。
5人組ガールズグループのLE SSERAFIMは、12月27日から31日まで千葉・幕張メッセで開催される同フェスで、2日目となる12月28日にステージを飾る。2003年にスタートした「COUNTDOWN JAPAN」は、日本を代表する屋内フェスとして長年親しまれており、毎年トップアーティストたちが出演している。今年はLE SSERAFIMのほか、シンガーソングライターのVaundyやヒップホップユニットCreepy Nutsなどがラインナップされている。
デビュー以来、LE SSERAFIMは韓国と日本の両国で存在感を強め、数々の実績を残してきた。3月に韓国でリリースした5枚目のミニアルバム『HOT』は、4作連続で10万枚以上のセールスを突破。これは第4世代K-POPガールズグループの中でも他に例のない記録だ。
さらに今月初めには、日本最大のオンラインファッションプラットフォーム「ZOZOTOWN」が主催するカルチャーイベント「ZOZOFES」にK-POPグループとして唯一招待され、人気と影響力の高さを示した。11月には、ワールドツアー「2025 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘EASY CRAZY HOT’」のアンコール公演として、待望の東京ドーム初公演を開催し、グローバルな飛躍をさらに確かなものとする予定だ。
また、LE SSERAFIMは10月24日13時（KST）に初のシングル『SPAGHETTI』をリリースする。パスタをモチーフにしたこの作品は、彼女たちの魅力的で遊び心あふれるエネルギーを表現している。コンセプトビジュアル「CHEEKY NEON PEPPER」「KNOCKING BASIL」「WEIRD GARLIC」の3種類が順次公開され、多彩で予測不能な世界観が話題を呼んでいる。
大型フェスへの出演、新曲リリース、ファッションイベント参加と、LE SSERAFIMの勢いはとどまるところを知らない。2025年はまさに彼女たちの年となりそうだ。輝かしいステージでその一年を締めくくる。
