[OSENWORLD] Actress Clara Lee has officially confirmed her divorce, ending her six-year marriage to Korean-American businessman Samuel Hwang.
On October 17, her agency, KHS Agency, told OSEN that Clara finalized her divorce through mutual agreement in August.
“After careful discussions with her spouse, Clara finalized the divorce process in August,” the agency said. “Although the procedure was concluded earlier, the announcement was delayed out of respect for both families and the need for mutual understanding.”


Through her agency, Clara added in a brief statement:
“I am sorry to deliver such unfortunate news to those who have always supported me.”
Clara married Hwang, a Korean-American entrepreneur, in 2019. The couple’s marriage initially drew attention for their luxurious newlywed home at Signiel Seoul, the high-rise residence in Lotte World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul. At the time, Clara shared photos of her high-rise home overlooking the Han River and Seoul skyline, engaging actively with fans on social media.
Born in 1986, Clara Lee is a Korean-British actress who debuted as a commercial model in 2004. She gained public attention after appearing in TV dramas such as Invisible Man Choi Jang-soo and High Kick! and rose to stardom when her ceremonial baseball pitch went viral for its athletic styling.
In recent years, Clara has focused her career on China’s entertainment scene, appearing in dramas and films such as Happiness Cooperation, Seven Grams of Concern, Line Walker, and The Wandering Earth 2. She continues to engage global fans through acting, fashion, and lifestyle content, often drawing attention for her distinctive style and self-discipline.
